That was exactly the scene I was talking about. If you replay that battle, every time Inoda did something to Asuna the boss did something in the same area so she wrote off the sensations as something the boss did. Unless Inoda can time his fucking with something happening in FOG, he would get caught.

I just watched this scene, and all the boss's debuffs only affected Kirito, and Asuna keeps saying that she's fine. Her leg itches, but her heart gets a little warmer. And when he casts poison, and Inoda starts licking her, she says, "It's weird... it doesn't show the poison status... but I feel sleepy... and my body is getting hot...". And when Inoda forces her to give him a blowjob, and the demon casts silence magic again, she doesn't even say anything strange, she feels it, she just removes the spell from Kirito. And when he uses magic again, and Inoda starts fucking her, she says that no harm was done to her, she just feels sleepy and a little numb below. Game statuses does not affect Asuna because of her Nun class. But since Inoda timed his actions with the bosses' bad status effects, Asuna thought what she was feeling was from something in-game not IRL. If her feet or her heart suddenly felt weird and she wasn't doing something in-game would affect those areas, wouldn't she log out and check if something was wrong?
Inoda if he couldn't see what was happening to Asuna in-game like on a monitor or something just means he is every lucky. If you want the fireworks scene in Part 1 you can also see he timed his actions with what is happening in-game perfectly. Like forcing his dick in her month when she was kissing Kirito.

This is obviously Inoda's big plot armor. But my point was that her sensitivity is heavily suppressed while she's in the fog. Yes, she could think that it's all because of the boss, and she did it. But we know that it's because of Inoda, and we see how much the sensations in irl are transmitted to her in the fog. And since she only started feeling aroused by the time Inoda finished, he can still do different things to her while she's in the fog. Even though he can’t go too far, and don’t fuck her for too long, so that she doesn’t actively start to feel something.
