Actually, SAO has a titanic amount of NTR content for obvious (If dumb) reasons, so yeah, and when it comes to games that are semi-complex off the top of my head pretty sure is half and half with NTR and 'Vanilla' counting this one (Because a lot of people forgets that Kirito fucking the other girls that aren't Asuna is technically already cheating unless it's expressly stated she's okay with it, which most Hentais usually don't XD), four or so, then there is a bunch of shitty/small super short ones. Fujino's game just stands out because these games are usually just your average JP-made H-games, I think he's the first 'active' dev making an SAO H-game period, aka someone doing it by updates and posting progress in sites like Patreon and such (And also communicating with people in English despite being Chinese himself, which is something I don't think any other person who made an SAO H-game has done so far).
That said, yeah, this game most likely isn't for you Boraybabus, this game is 100% an NTR-focused one made by a dude specialized in insta-corruption and full moral degeneration NTR, so even if he's for once taking his time dragging out the plot it's almost certain all the girls in the main story are gonna end like that in the end, and even in the 'best case' for Kirito things aren't really gonna be exactly happy, like his 'happiest' prospect for this game right now that doesn't include him becoming a happy cuck would be if his little sister/cousin keeps raping him while unaware forever LOL
Like someone else suggested if you liked the anime there is a whole AU of SAO through videogames that make their own things splitting off Canon during the end of the Aincrad Arc and continues through like 6 arcs/games, it indulges a lot more in the so-called 'Harem' Tropes that most SAO Haters insist SAO has but that hilariously really doesn't, and paradoxically gives a lot more character development to the main cast by themselves and as a group XP
If you're talking exclusively Hentai, though, the guy who made one of the games I implied above is now developing an actual Kirito Harem game with most of the canon main cast, some 'very rare' ones (Kirito's mom/aunt, Asuna's mom, the Nurse who took care of him while in SAO...), and a few SAO Gameverse girls, which is a super-rarity both in SAO Hentai (Especially not-NTR one) and even more in a game rather than a doujin or CG collection, but I don't think I can post links to that here without the post getting deleted by going off-topic so message me if you care about that.
