Unlikely, as fun as that may be it's a lot more likely for Fujino to visit things he has suggested before or things he likes rather than doing something new (And we know he's going back to finish his Fate games after SAO before doing something else anyway). To Love-Ru feels more likely since it was part of that old poll that SAO won tbh, but I can't remember what the others were (And sadly all his old posts were forever erased from the internet).

I didn't know that putting together a plot like that now means hating the character. It's obvious that there are still people who are green in these matters and if that were the case then all the mangakas who write stories with a bitter ending mean that they hate their character???
