Going by the datamined perks list, the fates of Asuna, Liz, and Kyouko was set since the beginning of Part 2. The only questions were how it will happen. Since Suguha was not part of the main story in the beginning, her fate was never revealed.

Yes, that's how it was, but I think either Fujino doubted her role, or he was too lazy to develop her story. But in the end, she had nothing in common with Inoda in irl, she reluctantly made him a paizuri in fog. And in life, there is zero progress, so Fujino decided to take the easy way out and just put her on his bed.

All their fate is the same aslong inoda has dirt on them that they dont want anyone to find out or Kirito himself to find out... he can make it work. Thats his plot armor.
Having just one girl that escape his grasp will make this story unrealistic now. Thats the premise of the game after all.. corruption.. why leave 1 incorruptible? Unfair... I dont know how deep is the "cousin" part generation is Kirito and Suguha are in vanilla story but aint that incest if they get together? Theres no incest tag.

and if there will be an ending like in the videos where Suguha shows the video where Asuna fucks with a guy (in our case with Inoda) and will help Kirito forget Asuna by fucking him xD
that's the only way atp. asuna isn’t like she used to be anymore. only suguha or sinon can ease kirito’s pain, and they’ve already started setting the foundation. suguha has access to his base now, and sinon’s almost fallen for him in fog. she wouldn’t mind if leafa invites her into his base. alice also has a soft spot for kirito and likes to spending more time with him irl and in fog. i wouldn’t be surprised if, in the next update, leafa and sinon invite kirito for a massage while asuna & liz go for pignoda. if there’s a ritual in the next update, i hope leafa and sinon goes along with him, or maybe keeps an eye on him from afar

The thing that most people here don't seem to get is that there will be NO "happy ending" for Kirito at all, no matter how much they wanna fantasize about it or delude themselves in doing so, this is STILL a Fujino NTR game and the 2 endings were set in stone ages ago. Ironically, the ONLY who can 'maybe' have a 'happy ending' that doesn't involve becoming a NTR-ed slut is Suguha, but it can only be if, as Fujino has done until now, her continuing to bounce on her Onii-chan's dick whenever she wants is still framed as something BAD for Kirito, which some people don't seem to realize is the only way Fujino has continued to develop that plot of hers...she's actively raping her unaware "big brother" to satisfy her twisted desires and even actively hindering his sexual activities with his girlfriend when doing so XD

there's still that 10% chance of it happening. fujino sensei added sinon to his harem, and leafa was already there. maybe alice will join too. yeah, ik he'll lose both asuna and liz, but doesn’t having more reliable and stronger people than asuna and liz make up for it?
besides, think about it... if fujino sensei had already decided on a bad ending for kirito, why would he bother adding sinon to his harem? it doesn’t make sense unless he’s trying to build something better for kirito too. he knows how much kirito’s fans care about him. suguha, for example, is already looking out for him, and what if she decides to step up and take advantage of the situation? at least she’s honest and wouldn’t betray him like asuna in this game, who’s clearly cheating and just making excuses for it. in the end, kirito will realize who truly supports him, and fujino sensei might just be setting the stage for that. i still believe that there's a chance of happy ending for kirito
So. I played the last update again and what sticks to my mind that Liz gave Asuna that device to get back on Inoda. I read here some theory that this thing will hinder Inoda to have sex with Asuna. I thought about this and it could be that Inoda won't be able to fuck Asuna but will drive her ingame crazy with oral, fingering, etc.... so that there will be an opportunity in real life where Asuna couldn't hold it together and everything progresses in rl. And It would be pretty Inoda like to hide her Vibrator so she couldn't satisfy herself anymore.
