Evenicle is completely different in terms of style and gameplay wise to this one since it's an RPG VN game rather than a Side-Scroller Action Animated-Sex.

It is probably more likely that AliceSoft doesn't know about the site. If they did, they'd most likely send a DMCA.

user182737 Also if AliceSoft did know they doesn't as they don't have as tight profit margins as an indie dev would. There's plenty of examples where other indie devs have gotten up in arms about it all which is why others here have said about links going down or threads getting wiped.

From the looks of it, somebody Chinese going by their name. They don't seem to understand how some stuff works it seems. Probably use to getting too much stuff for free. He seems to think f95 is a free (legal) game site where all game developers post their games.
He's only going to elaborate more to the developer atp since he responded to him. Probably give him a link and everything since he seems to be lacking common sense.
