Might be a huge skill issue, but having alot of trouble killing him, the other 2 zombies getting in the way makes it terrible, and not enough mags either. Also doesnt seem like the cheat works.

Xddrekt Best way to win is to first focus on being able to get past it self via baiting an attack and running past. Then you practice your aiming while keeping distance where getting one eyeball shot off is good if you avoid taking damage. When the two zombies come in you switch to melee to deal with them ASAP since if they are slightly infront or behind the boss you will struggle to get past/bait attacks.
Even when the boss goes into 2nd stage it's the same repeating method to win of keeping distance, shoot a few all well aimed eyeball shots and duck past him when out of backing up room. Just sped up a bit.
I believe 4 mags are what you need to win if all hit the eyeball (maybe 3 mags), it is an bad boss honestly in my mind since it makes you want to run past any other enemy after that point than fight. Though that is the best method to beat the game, especially if you use the surrender mechanic to not take any HP damage as long as your arousal isn't too high. However a lot of enemies are so overly tanky or have massive aggro range (off the screen for two fast sprinting enemies) that it's a waste of bullets and impossible to melee them without taking more damage that you would get from just running past even if you take two hits. (I beat the levels after the spider den via just running mainly due to this as fighting through took x3 longer than running)
PS I use melee to stun most enemies so I can run past them if I need distance, I only use it to kill when it's just one enemy and stamina is more than half full.

Probably. Not joking, it it somewhat tricky, because his eye becomes a weak point when he attacks (his eye open up more), and the hitbox is weirdly small. Try to bait his attacks, and the same applies to zombies, because with enough skill, you can bait zombies into attacking and kill them with your stick, saving you a bit of ammo.
This boss is overall the biggest difficulty spike in the game, in my opinion.

Honestly, the only thing missing imo is a chapter selection where you can go back to individual sections once you've beaten the game without starting over completely
