Hi, could you share errors.txt or traceback.txt so that I could take a look at the issue?

It didn't create one. It was just flashing the rectangular border then saying an error occurred with an option to "close or debug". Then it would create the attached log file.
However, as of today, it just randomly started working...go figure..?
