Here's a small preview of the fighting system that's coming in Symphony of the Serpent. It's still far from complete, but you can get an idea of what it'll look like.

As I've stated in the past, this fighting system will not be skill based or turn based. That was important to me going into it. What we have here is something of real-time chess. It's all about choosing your movement, upgrading your abilities and health, finding items, and using special moves. There will be lots of enemy types with different movement patterns and abilities that will test your strategic battle planning.

Another important aspect of this system is a focus on multiple ways to defeat enemies. You will be able to brute force victory or use clever tactics like manipulating the environment. You can also use special items or abilities in smart ways to make the fight easier. Would love to hear some feedback and ideas!

Thank you all for the support and have a fantastic week!

Check out the new movement and map style in Symphony of the Serpent! Here you can see the isometric view in full display. Escovia is an arid place, but you can still expect sand storms! Better not venture too far out in the desert when one of these storms is on the way. Pictured above is the red light district of Escovia. We're testing some new methods of displaying areas on the screen and these new maps are not short on cool weather, lighting, shadow, and focus effects that make it pop in a way that the previous titles haven't. You'll also notice that the zoom level can change from map to map always giving you the best view of the areas you're in. I think this is a new step forward into giving you a good sense of space in a 3rd person view.

In other news, we're moving forward with some polish of the now-completed and voiced scenes that will appear in chapter 1. One major piece missing right now is the music. We're working with multiple curators/composers to create a fantastic soundtrack, but there's an opportunity for you to help if you're interested. Go to Discord and visit the Patreon only channel to find the signup sheet if you'd like to help us source awesome sounding music.

Thank you for all the support! The big launch of SotS is next month!

it´s funny to see how people complains about how NLT-Media doesn´t "change" the formula that made him known in the community, when he is one of the few, or maybe the one that put the bar so high in terms of quality and built such a big community with his great stories and characters. You can like or not some aspects of the games, but to call him boring or despise the work he has put and is putting into each of his projects is just crazy.

Pretty much all the women in ToN were bangers, but then the girls started to dwindle in GO, and now I'm struggling to find my favorites in this game. You guys weren't kidding :HideThePain:. I will say, however, the maps look really good. Iso games are very aesthetic and even fit better with the many point and click parts of these games.

I fear this may be true, from the trailer it looks like another babyface with a big dick starts another harem.

I hope they at least change up the formula in some way.
They're going for their biggest audience. It's just a business to them. Maximum profit. They have shareholders to answer to.
Being a shareholder is the life. Everyone kisses your ass while giving you money. :ROFLMAO:

Symphony of the Serpent is coming together! Only a couple more systems need to be implemented before the engine is officially completed. All the scenes for chapter 1 have been animated and rendered.... wait... Let's back up a second. I have a huge announcement! All of the completed scenes for SotS are now being punched up by a new animator! Who is this animator you might ask? A Disney animator! That's not a joke. To meet the quality demands of this new game I've determined that the character acting and lip sync needs some high-end, professional touches. There's just enough time left to redo the animation for a good chunk of the scenes. But don't worry, the army of 4090's will make short work of the re-renders.

Low quality mode in SotS will be different than in TGO. No more low quality movie files. We've moved on, and now Symphony will only offer the full-quality graphics during video playback. However, we've added a ton of new effects to enhance the look. You can turn these effects off in the options to restore the game to the TGO look and performance if you wish (or need to).

Another huge upgrade is the autosave system. No more will the oracle lady tell you to save your game, it happens automatically. However there is still the option to save your game if you wish and now it will show you a picture of the location where you saved your game making it easier to identify which file is which.

We're getting closer to the launch month of July! Stay tuned for more teases and updates as we get closer!

Thank you everyone for the support and have a fantastic week!

All I'm asking for is a son main character with the mom being the main love interest and milfs being the other love interests.

We're in the final stretch of Symphony of the Serpent and things are getting... crunchy. It's a sprint to the finish... or should I say a sprint to the start of something new! As of last week we've been testing the first build of the game (the first 10 minutes of play) and ironing out the kinks. Animation polish is underway and our new animator is hard at work enhancing the lip sync and acting of all the shots. The engine is mostly complete however the backend systems are still in the works. Starting next month, PC users will download a single launcher for ALL NLT games. You'll have a one-stop place for Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia, The Genesis Order, and Symphony of the Serpent.

The first Alpha/Beta versions of the game will launch on July 2nd to our Grandmaster supporters, but will then open up later in the month to Master and Master + supporters. TGO will now no longer get updates (unless a new bug is pointed out to us). It'll be all SotS starting now. Stay tuned next week for more teasers of the upcoming alpha version! Perhaps a tiny video is in store to show off our new enhanced acting and lip sync ;)

Thank you everyone for the support and have a great rest of your week!
