Yep, developer is on his 4th game and people that seem to have played the other should at least know his main site, and the timer on one of his links there for the next update, and always go from there.

He has changed the time of release, not the day. It is still on the 2nd and 15th USA Central time zone.
The new release time is 18:00 CST or 23:00 GMT. Depending on where your local time zone is, this might be on the 15th or on the 16th.
