I hope that these new scenes are real scenes of what we want to see, not parts of the cinematics where they only talk. Of the 24 that there are currently, if 5 of them have sex it is a miracle. Either that, or I hope that the cutscenes section is eventually bigger...

There is only 24 unlockable scenes for now? (and most of them even aren't sex).
Maybe it's just me, but I find this NLT game (so far) a bit weaker than the previous ones. Story and stuff is interesting, okay, but the sex scenes... I hope they're saving the best and most massive ones for later, because for now the content seems pretty weak to me, honestly (Or maybe it's just me, since I've become more demanding after seeing so many other games haha).

Sex scenes are always good. The reason for their appearance is of considerable importance here. I have seen many comments from people who criticized TGO for the large number of scenes in which sex appeared for no particular reason.
Although I really love the scenes, I can say that they are right in some way.
NLT, it seems to me, has somewhat reconsidered the approach to creating scenes in the main story. They occur less frequently, but will they be a consequence of current events?
Let's see how this turns out in SotS in the end...

Already tried it, but it doesn't work so well, directions are going crazy in all the games running with wine, they're not playable that way for me. I guess I'll wait…
There is no Linux version yet, not even from the developer. You can run the game successfully on Lutris downloaded from Flathub. This is what I've done until a Linux version appears, if it ever does. The link below will tell you how.

I've uploaded the custom banner I made for the Lutris installed SotS game button, which you can add to the button by right clicking on said button and using the Configure menu to copy the banner to the relevant directory.

Walkthrough says you have to go outskirts west and past the rock with a 7 on it, yet the walkthrough doesn't show you how to get 7th strength point
Could you please cite the page and the passage in the walkthrough where this is sayd? I cannot find the right place. My WT doesn't mention anything of a "stone with a 7" and also not more as five strength points.

I played the game to 17% with five strength points and this should be the max. (+ int 6, char 8) My guess is you misread somehow.

There is literally nothing yet in the game that would require one to go past the rock with a 7 on it, not to mention it's not yet possible to get strength to 7 without cheating/modding. You are understanding the walkthrough wrong.

I have 4 str points and cannot figure out where the 5th one should be.
- I have beaten the guy in woodstead training area
- I have beaten the guy in Red-Light District Moan Zone Lobby
- I have beaten the guy(s) in front of apartments

I cannot find any holy stones or nuts therefore I believe I have crafted both.

But in the end I have 4 STR points.

Any suggestions?
I think you have not collected the nut which is available in woodstead area where you fight the security person. On top of that location below the tree there is a nut which can be used to craft the seed of strength to get the 6th point.

There will never be or its highly improbable. The engine where SotS runs on("RPGM MZ" afaik) isn't available for *nix platform.

The only thing i did know about so far is a and the install and porting is for users a bit more "involved". Thats nothing along the lines of the usual "three second task" many people here seam to prefer, means: "click, clack, done, ready for gaming".

Does someone have an idea about where it's possible to find the linux version of the game ?
I just downloaded and uncompressed the windows version and copied the contents of to it (replace) ... you can start the nw binary from there - runs fine for me (ubuntu 24.4)... I can't remember from where I got that hint from - it must be somewhere in this threat.

You can run the game by replacing its NWjs but won't be able to make saves from the point NLT Media moved the location for saves from the game folder to a hidden Windows folder which as a directory doesn't exist for Linux. :( NLT Media are advising Linux and Android players to use the online version of the game, played in a browser, which implies that the Android version of SotS is being abandoned too.

I will look into the porting app but am always a bit shy of installing software I have no knowledge of on Linux systems and so would have to test it using VirtualBox. The only issue that stops people running SotS on Linux natively is the save location which seemingly can't be changed by a simple hack of the game's code or tweak to an initialisation file. If that were possible and the location for saves changed to a Linux directory in .config, say, all that would need to be done would be to replace the game's NWjs and it should run fine. (As somebody already mentioned.)

Thanks for advice, I had never read about lutris before today, I'm curious to compare its performances with Wine.
Lutris comes with a matched build of WINE best suited to gaming and uses Python and some other things to run games. I use it because it's easy-peasy, gives you a nice visual display of installed games and launchers, and optimises everything to minimise overheads playing Windows games on Linux. Main thing to remember is NOT to use the version from the Ubuntu repositories, which didn't work for me with SotS, but the Flatpac version from Flathub. It's a nice bit of software for Linux users wanting to play Windows games. :)
