Flirt with her to fill up her Attraction Bar, then gift her the two Cupcakes to fill her Appreciation Bar.
This will earn you Nora’s Third Heart and her third sex scene.

My save file is closer to 5 hours. Maybe this player is a slow reader or has grinding for a lot of money.

where are saves i cannot found it so i can upload my 42 hours saves

but something not right here this is not progress and quality of NLT dev
plus all girls are sluts none worth grinding for
i used save editor but left game on few times
each update very rare take more than 10 min to beat

is it just me or is anyone else having that problem
