I'm stuck in the same spot, oracle says there is a glass beaker somewhere but I can't find it. Baako or w/e his name is was in the Apex building but left and no clue where he went.
EDIT: Figured it out, you have to get into the upper left room in the Sensual Labs conference room, but the guy stops you if he's close to the door. If you touch the laptop he'll come to the conference room table and then you can go into the room without him stopping you.
