Almost all of them yes. Big downgrade from the previous NLT games in my opinion.
the hottest ones are the non-story girls. they should give you tasks to upgrade the relationship instead of just give them shit and flirt.

Ever 15th of the month update is side quest only. 2nd of the month is main story.

Use the Oracle if necessary. If that doesn't help, don't hesitate to talk to the NPCs. They can give you information and advice to help you progress in the game.

You should have 2 more scenes with Kelli (3 in total) and 1 more with Lucy (4 in total).
But this is strange. How did you get so much STR and INT? Did you use the cheat mod?
