Uhm no. % has absolutely nothing to do with whether it's a main story or side quest release.
For example, the last 3 side quests prior to this one were 2%. And the first 4 main story releases were all 1%.

Assuming the each of the remaining 6 girls get their sex scene in each update then it could be either Olivia or Leila next. Julia and Margaret will be the last considering their religion/family commitments

First you need made your own save with same position number like is downloaded. Than overwrite your saves by downloded one.I downloaded someones save file, thank you
Game needs global file. So this is way how you can make it.

According to my intuition, I predict the next plot. Looking at the postures in the pictures, we will not have sex with the psychiatrist soon, but some other ambiguous behaviors.
