Hello I'm at extras 17/18 and this might potentially be it but idk how to solve it.

You have to own a mask or something that lets you breathe at the yellow stuff to the left. I dont remember the exact item but you pick it up by just playing the story.

Huh? This is a harem game, from the first installement of the series it was all about having tons of girls.
