As I see some people are struggling to find how to progress. I post a walkthrough (not made by me, found in NLT discord server). This is a step by step guide to get everything. If someone could pin this in OP. I think it would be great for someone who needs it. I will update this comment as soon as the next version comes out

you need a torrent client to open (download the contents) of torrent files

look up QBITTORRENT

If people want to make the speech dialogue transparent, extract this zip in the game folder. It overwrites the two .png_ images in img/pictures/ that are used to shade the dialogue box.

You can't get anything prior to v.35071 from here, at least not from the OP.

But to get v.38081 from here, you need three files from the OP.

The full v.35071 and then both the update only files listed, which are the v.35071 -> v.36072 and the v.36072 -> v.0.38081.

Go to red light district and get key and note near water valve, then go to men's locker room and the lockers and get your reward.
