What I really want to do is that the dialogue is sended to clipboard when It appears in the text box.
So I can play the game as listening the voice through TTS.
I could play other games with voices, But this game is hard to do so.

You could try searching for programs that are "Screen Readers"
Might be something out there that will do what you want.
I just tried with Windows Narrator which is built in to the OS, but couldn'tget it to read the game dialogue.
Though in saying that, I didn't really try very hard either to get it working.

The screen reader could be a choice.
But I think it could be useful when the game supports it,
otherwise probably it couldn't read dialogues.

It will all depend on how the text is coded into the game.
If it is hard coded, as I suspect it might be, then I doubt any screen reader will have an easy time to work properly.
Won't know until you try afew different ones though.
Just mess about with your Google search phrases to find something.

Missing just one scene. Not able to figure it out. All the main scenes are showing done. Not sure what I am missing. All 6 Side girls scenes are also unlocked and seen. Not sure where I am missing. any help please? Are there 25 Side girl scenes or 26?

All booty calls also? When you get the first booty call chest for a girl and call her it counts as opening a scene. Last one was
