Is it because there are fewer sponsors, so every time the hero of the place shows up late? I remember that every time the update of TON and TGO came out, it would be here very soon.

This is definitely their least popular game. But they still have over 10k subs, I guess most of them just aren't on this forum lol

When ToN appeared it was one of the most popular games not only here on the site.
When TGO started it was released using an updater. Someone managed to hack the updater and thus the updates were immediately released.
Before the end of TGO the updater could no longer be hacked and there was minimal interest in the game and that spilled over to SotS. As far as I know, it is also distributed using an updater, but there is actually no attempt to hack it and the guys who participated in it are not in the thread at all.

I suspect a lot of this is to do with supporter fatigue. It is pretty expensive being a supporter, at the cheapest you will be paying around £120 for the game, at the most expensive you will be paying £480 - that is a lot for a game that will sell for £10-£15 when it releases on Steam. That would be bad enough if you were supporting something new and exciting but to be honest, SotS is just more of the same but with a limited isometric view, Add to that the cost of living crisis and I'm not surprised that the number of supporters is falling.

NLT has a very noticeable change in the number of supporters. But it remains within 10,000. At the time of the release of new updates, the number of supporters almost always falls, but after a week there will be about 11,000 of them again. These are not necessarily the same people - new supporters also appear to replace those leaving.

Sad really. I was turned off of NLT media due to TGO. I hated that game and still haven't finished it yet. I randomly installed SOTS without checking who the dev was and really enjoyed this game. So far, I liked it a lot more than TGO

I personally enjoy Symphony the least so far, especially because of this absolute horrible combat system and the fact that way too many chars got introduced too soon. I mean all NLT games have many girls in the end but here it felt bloated like from the start. Let's see if they'll manage to get the better of me. I loved TGO and ToN. Melissa is still the best girl they created imho.

I don't get why people are letting the combat system ruin their days.

Whilst I agree that it is pretty poor, it is pretty easy to beat and there isn't much of it. You can also beat it with loads of weapons either buying them using money earned from a quick rummage in the desert or with a money hack. And if all else fails the game automatically makes the combat easier if it senses that you are struggling.

For me, i didnt like the girls or the MC in TGO. Melissa is the police chief, right? She was definitely the best of the lot. The story wasnt compelling either. I tried to get into the story several times and everytime, i just quit midway. For me, sex is not the main thing i like about NLT media games. I just skip through a lot of it to get to the story. TGO wasnt that compelling in that regard either. My favourite would always be Lust Epidemic. Even if the graphics are dated, I really enjoyed the story and the characters

This and i dont really think Patreon is too much of a worry for him these days. if he floats around 10k and then hits solid numbers on steam sales he will be fine. Steam is where the big money is, and Le, ToN and TGO all have consistent sales on steam.

Really? Any idea how much ToN sold on steam? I don't use steam, so I don't know these things. All I've heard is most small-time developers lose money if not for patreon. Did I hear wrong? lol
