All adequate users get such kicks, but not the culprit. Even if 10 people simultaneously write a complaint about one troll - everyone will get a warning about deleting posts, a warning about violation. The troll will not get anything. That's exactly the impression I have now.
Based on this feeling, a theory emerged that an important person is walking around under the guise of a troublemaker... Because what is happening is complete absurdity.
There are no adequate solutions, but as soon as Fencepost69 mentioned Dluser in his message, his message disappeared in less than 10 minutes.. How to understand this?
Study the situation and figure it out? - No, that's too labor-intensive.

the previews are about what you get, we are getting what the paid subs request.

2 cuties and fat chicks cause the population is getting older & gross

Tensions are rising between Margaret and the sex industry as she attempts to remain strong in the face of unpopular extremists attacks. A terrifying encounter, far from the city will bring you to new places, while back in town Olivia is having trouble keeping her patients.

Guys I have a rather weird bug. I don't know if this was discussed before but please bare with me. The guy who asks for directions (V.21022 - the guy who gives you the 7th intelligence point). I am at the hospital now and no matter how much I click on him no discussion panel pops up. I noticed before in the previous interactions with him that the discussion only pops up if you click him from W direction (in fact all NPCs must be clicked from W, weird, this didn't happened before?!). That is impossible though at the hospital because of the fence. Anyone else encountered this bug and if yes any way around it? (I restarted the game already, restarted the pc, also reinstalled)

Do you have any mods installed? Or have you used and hacks?

Nope. I loaded an older save and it works so far, I wait until I reach back to that point to see how is going...

Edit: Ok I managed after 2 replays to bypass it. I think the bug might get trigered during the fight with the bodyguard at amira's mansion (the one that gives you the 6th str. point) but I'm not 100% sure.
