To be honest, I understand what he means. I've played the entire saga, and I have to say that while the team has improved technically, the games quality has declined significantly. The scenes seem soulless. The image quality is beautiful, but they're far too straightforward, too short, and the movements are sometimes strange, not to say awkward and ridiculous, so unless it's a habit of his to trash threads, it's a bit puerile to criticize someone's opinion just because they don't share your point of view. Just saying.

You offered feedback in a couple sentences, very simple to do. It seems some people have a hard time doing that.
I am curious as to what you mean by the scenes being "soulless" and how would you (in your opinion) improve that?
I can agree the movements of the scenes are sometimes strange: could be due to there being more than just NLT as an animator on this game. Things like that probably take a while to iron out, as there are different styles/skill-sets.
What I think is puerile is saying something is "bad" without providing evidence as to why.
I have no issue with people saying they don't like something, but why consistently show up just to say negative things? To rage-bait? If you don't like it, move along. NLT certainly won't suffer if a pirate on the internet doesn't like what he's doing.
Well, if Japanese is easy with its three different alphabets, you should try Klingon, you could be our ambassador on Vulcan ))
basis to learn Japanese words is simple, I wasn't talking about reading or advanced.

Well, if he's here to provoke rage by spamming, or even trolling, I'll just ignore the guy because if you play along, it'll be a never-ending debate that will end up with the moderators getting angry, sweeping the thread, and banning everyone involved. By soulless, I mean passionless and that my toaster and coffee maker would be more erotic for breakfast. Then again, I know this is a fantasy game, but relying on the virus story to explain the lack of realism in these sex scenes is very unconvincing to me. And hey, you'd want to beat your meat on it, you wouldn't have the time. I mean, look. The guy walks into the bar, goes to talk to the girl, flirts, gives her a gift or two, and they go fuck, and in three or four screens, it's over. Where's the passion, where's the love? Yeah yeah, I know...

but again, how can there be more passion? realism?
the dialogue in the games is better than ToN, where it was just "oh my god your dick is so big this feels so fucking good".
that was such a big criticism from what I can remember back when it was in development.
the side chicks for sure right now don't seem to have much going on, but I do believe that will improve, especially once they get some voices done. the game is still very much in "development" and shouldn't be taken for what it is, even now.
what I find hilarious is that a large chunk of the "reviews" were based on the game being less than like, 15% done, and it's skewed the score based on that.

you hit 3, you get a closet key in the kitchen to open the closet off of the main living room. you get an item needed to hand to an NPC for a CHR point. it's all in the "hand holder guide" that's available on Discord. really easy to reference when stuck, especially when using the search function with keywords.
Is it the same as the walkthrough in the OP, or is it different? I just started over from the beginning because when I followed the OP's instructions, everything got mixed up, the events were completely out of order, and what's more, as I was exploring the different maps, I accidentally picked up artifacts such as keys, photos, weapons, and other quest artifacts before they were mentioned in the WT. As a result, some quests were blocked, triggered too early or too late, I don't know anymore, and I gave up trying.
Thatmy friend are the wonders of this world...Hmmm...
How do you understand the story of this game ?

Install the patch that I posted in an earlier message here:

Then install the 'Update Only' patch, which is available on the OP page for versions 42093 -> 44101.
i guess one would need to download, each released version bact-to-back. For instance, lets say i'm currently on v40101 and the current release is v41221 - v43102, if i download this there should be issues.

don't mind me, but why wouldn't you just delete the whole old version, download and install the whole new version, and just keep playing from your old save?
