1. with the inn lady (justine), the 2nd choice (extra service) really doesn't indicate in any way what you are going to have her do.
That scene really feels like it is setting up future public use/sharing (making her serve her customers naked and develop a taste for it).
that should really be clearly indicated and also be avoidable. (from the placement and dialog it seems like you need to do it to unlock further progress with her)
2. If you go to the inn and then return. then it advances time from evening to morning, but does not restore your focus. even though you should have gone to sleep after coming back from the inn.
3. In regards to the new thing where you click on an icon in the top left to change what happens in a scene... That really messes with the fast forwards option. And is somewhat easy to miss even without it. it really should have just been a standard choice interface, as those halt the fast forwards to let you clearly select the choice you want.
moreover, it gives an indication on what you are actually going to do. all it tells you right now is that you are going to be using your power. But not HOW you are going to use it. making it a blind choice.
You could use replace the current pink empty heart icon at the sides of each choice bar with the 3 purple dots icon you use for this interrupt event.
However exhibitionism events like serving customers naked, dancing, public masturbation etc. do not fall under prostitution/public use. These type of scenes will be common in this game.

3. I dont like menu options during h-events specifically because its an intrusive way of interrupting the scene.
The button will most likely stay, my patrons seem to like it and I like it.
Can it be improved? Absolutely.
I might do something similar to what one guy here suggested - tie different effects with specific color(like red for forced arousal/orgasm, blue for returning their awareness etc.) so the player can predict the outcome of pressing the button.
