In the dev notes its mentions an optional file to access new content. Anyone have that file. it took a long time to reach current content and I dont really wanna do it all again.

I started a fresh game and frequently run out of quests. Endlessly searching the map trying to trigger new quests can get on the nerves I'm currently stuck around 32% done and can't progress. I've spoken to every NPC and hit every spot at different times. Is this a known bug?
