I started a fresh game and frequently run out of quests. Endlessly searching the map trying to trigger new quests can get on the nerves I'm currently stuck around 32% done and can't progress. I've spoken to every NPC and hit every spot at different times. Is this a known bug?
Go to the library and check the shelves until you find the strange old book , triggers dialog with Ryoko.
finally worked, for some reason it would let me have a option after "theres been an accident" but now everything is works again
