Don't think so Mia has no ass and Toy has one , also why would Walter and Mia be talking about delivery the girls on time if Mia was one of the girls makes no sense. Why would you think she was Toy was something drastically change in the dialog to make it seem like she was? ( I have not finished this update now you got me wondering...)

She could have decided to change from bald to leaving a little naturalism there in that span of time. I do agree that the art, even when taking into account the updating of style, has far too many variations for each character than it should.

At the end of seeing how Danny is at the Comic-Con, the time of day jumps to night and this quest task becomes active "Priscilla and Becca are probably hanging out at Priscilla's house or something." ... the MC should immediately then go to Priscilla's house and do what a normal person does when they are looking for someone... KNOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR. So many times this has been asked and it befuddles me how people don't know what to do.

Your question has been answered many times in this thread. Searching this thread would have given you the answer. The game told you exactly where to go in the dialogue from the phone call just before this task became active: #25,158
You will know the two places when you see them. The option has a warning on it. One takes place in the gym during the time of switching protagonists back and forth between the MC and Mary in the older content. The other one takes place in the new content within the Fox Club near the end of the game.
i dont use discord , i will have to wait another six months for the next update to see the new scenes lol

The cheat code isn't just for max stats, $9999, and ability to skip mini games. If nothing else, curiosity would move most people to try each of the codes, save and cheat, to see if either works.
I am going to be honest here just because I don't generally use the save code cheat I figured the reworked gallery was open to me because I had already completed all of the scenes but I do use the max money/stats cheat and I have always been able to see the reworked gallery. So I am genuinely curious if the reworked gallery is indeed unlocked by the max money/stat cheat or if it as I suspect that you don't get it until you have completed the scenes in there. And of course it would be open if you used the save cheat because all of the those scenes would have been completed through the cheat...
