Im not glad because he got banned despite not breaking rules "more then anyone else"(thanks for admitting he deserved to get banned).
Im glad because he is like a minature version of all of the evil gaming corporations like EA. Wringing every possible cent out of all supporters while delivering as little as possible. This game started in 2018!!!! and now they are literally back to the very start of the game in 2025!!!!! How the fuck are you okay with this???????
imagine new AI comes out in 5 years and they make super redux one from season 1
You kinda can have your own super interactive game made by AI in maybe five-ten years. I mean, Ai learns to write and do art in seriously fast pace. I doubt it will ever truly compete against talented writter and artist, but against your typical 0.1.1 demo beta developer - easy.
This is so wild to me, how is this game like 6 years in and instead of moving forward we are now back at the start. Like I'm not gonna het to much because the dev can do what they want but still tho, I personally would have rather had the story continue, I actually liked some characters like priscilla and Darnell's sister but it seems like any progress on that front is gonna not happen for a while.

In a just world he gets his subscribstar banned aswell (cause they implement some pro consumer rules or some shit) and someone else takes over and actually finishes the game using the new AI.

But it is apparent why lostraven "chose to be happy" by leaving the development team.
In my opinion, there hasn't been good content since v0.89.8 (just like I said on my media files post #29,171 1 year ago).
I will say that I opened S1 Redux and thought the UI "quality of life" design seems fresh. I played until Peter went to the front of his house. I tried to keep the skip dialogue continuous to check out a speed run, but it seemed that every scene change or after every decision, the skip dialogue deactivated and I would have to reactivate it. That's annoying.
At this time, I reiterate my previous estimate on what this S1 Redux is worth... Not the $25 that it's selling on itch.
My note: What yall think should be the set price for the game?
For those wishing to go retail, it's a $10 value that has a $25 price tag.
That would be $30 for all current content across all versions. That's a good higher-end retail price for an indie game. Even a point and click faux sandbox like this.
That it's priced $25 for S1 Redux and expected same for remaining 2 parts... At $75, this puts it in highly anticipated AAA pricing or very involved coding, art, design, replayability for a superbly done indie game (we're talking 9.0+ rated indie games from developers with a track record of quality and/or appropriate industry buzz). Taffy Tales is none of that, in my opinion.
Glad we have F95 to steal games... Especially in cases like this. Godspeed to the subscribers and retail consumers.
And why did you wait so long for season 1? Only in improved graphics? Well, no new content is expected

(I just came to complain) I seriously paid 25 dollars for this shit, even an autistic person could do a better job than them, they had so much time for nothing, instead of continuing the game they made this shit

Just finished playing the update. It's not as bad as I feared, but it was not nearly as good as I wished it was. One thing I can't get out of my head is why the hell it took one whole year to basically just re-released the content you already made? Specially when you're using AI. And why was this update so damn heavy? Seasons 1-4 was only 1.26GB with all the content and somehow this one was 2.0GB? Of what?
On the positive side, I liked how spread out and even the content was and the AI was not as bad as I feared (except for the buttholes, wtf?). The new scenes were mostly hot (although the dream sequences were very lazy). And it sets up the future updates (in another damn year) and the NTR route well.
I couldn't fully hate it even if I tried because... well it's Taffy, one of my favorite games. Seeing more of Becca, Clara and Mary was always going to turn me on, even a little. Tiffany was weird though, her art was very inconsistent throughout the game, she would look extra petite or suddenly muscled and toned at random. There was still some good art of her, but I was too distracted to really appreciate anything. In summation, it was not awful but still left me a bit disappointed. See you all again in a year for Season 2.
