a patch will be released later today to fix most of the bugs

The patch to fix those issues just came out

you need to tell us more if you want help, you can definitely get futher, what were the last few quests you did, what dialogue hints have you been told.

The NTR in Taffy Tales is both completely optional and is very easily avoidable. You have an EXTREMELY straightforward and EXPLICIT choice on whether you want NTR to happen. *

*Tiffany getting gang banged off screen is unavoidable.

If that's not NTR then Mary being in the same situation wouldn't be NTR either, and other things you tell yourself to cope.

when did she get gangbanged? there was a conversation between Darnell and Roger considering one, but AFAIK it hasn't happened, I'm guessing it is a future quest point, where you either stop it happening or get cucked by it if you are on the NTR route.

Got same problem i can't go any further with mary and it's really annoying

There isn't Ntr because tifs quest hasn't been updated, and the Mary thing was avoidable, so he didn't lie or cope about it.

What's the most neglected character in Taffy Tales? Jennifer practically didn't get anything from the beginning of the game
