Yes, but NTR route will be a completely different route. I think the dev said that it will be developed after the mega updates, so it's still quite far

Not to "actually" this post but you won't see Tiffany or the pregnant lady in this update or it's continuation in January. Tiffany's update is the third of three mega updates, and the pregnant lady will more than likely be coming alongside Mary's update.
NTR is coming after all three mega updates. It's entirely possible it won't be in this game until 2021 but I imagine the other two mega updates won't take that long.
