You need to exrtact the apk from the zip file (with a software like ESexplorer or other like that)

Well, since 0.5.1 released like less than a week ago, i would assume it's only a hotfix.
If you kept track, you would know and understand that.

It doesn't look like there is any new content. Loaded last save game and it still said 100%.
