Technically speaking, he's right. Hell, there's even a third part to that answer in netorase (which basically amounts to sharing). NTR is one weird ass acronym........damn it, Japan.
I hate that it's considered NTR because it is the complete opposite. If only netori had its own tag. Would be very helpful to someone like me, who cant stand standard NTR (wife, GF etc. being stolen) but absolutely adore netori (Taking wives, GF's from others).

Might wanna take up Sudoku cuz it's still off a ways I reckon'.
Worst part about this update is how it's likely going to be all teasing and then it's going to take many, many months before there's actual sex scenes with the 'landlady'.
