Tbf I think Uberpie violated Patreon's TOS because he used AI for Taffy Tales's CGs.
It may be true that this game was consistently putting its fans under a lot of disappointment. But it's still sad to his patreon gone just like that. I hope Uberpie started a better step in subscriberstars, it's better than not doing anything.

There is nothing in Patreon Community Guideliness which prohibit the use of AI to create art unless the art violates guidelines already in force (i.e. making content which is not discernable from living persons or rape or minors in sexual situations, etc).
No, the art that Uberpie generates with AI is not realistic and therefore, on its own, would not violate Patreon policies. It's could be a few of the scenes Uberpie created with AI that caused the problem - but that's not AI specific, rather content-specific.
Do not confuse your personal preferences for enforceable guidelines.
There was never an ending planned, latest vision I believe was more that it would be episodic.
Yeah I got some friends who do NSFW art, comics and commissions and such. They all agree that the new rules from Patreon are just them trying to finally get rid of all the porn on their site without getting the bad press that comes from "PLATFORM BANS ALL NUDITY" like tumblr and Onlyfans got.
Well we can only with them lu.. choke on that genius decicion. Still, "get rid of all the porn" = "get rid of 20% to 30% of income" thats too much money let that teams just dissappear into the void. Hope, there will be more services like subscribers, so all those devs can keep working.
Personally I fail to understand why subscribstars is ignoring this issue and not anoouncing some creator snatching program. Maybe they are too dumb for that, who knows.
Is there anyone here who works with substars? How clear their guidelines is? It there any difference between them an patreon, beside difference in payoff methods?
If you've written from the beginning I love the dynamic between the MC and his alter ego. Also its been great seeing the writing evolve for the side characters and the slow mindset change in MC. I'll def check out parasite black.

It won't. Even before this whole patreon drama it was announced that the next update will be the main route focusing on Priscilla.
i belive this game went to shyt in fifth season when they seperated ntr and non ntr path !! game shoud always have optional ntr in the middle of game where player choose to go with it or not !! not separate them from the start . last seasons had a bit of swinging too which where realy good (also it was player choice ) . but the fifth season ..nah .i dropedd it

I agree. I don't get the seasons separation, it's completely pointless. And I said this before on this thread and I'll say it again: It makes no sense for the NTR route to start in season 5, after the whole character development and the clear harem path. The NTR route should start from the beginning, where it makes sense since Red hasn't actually began to influence and change the MC's personality yet. In season 5? It feels forced and phony. It's so forced that it literally introduces a new character to force the NTR to happen lol. Also, by any logic or common sense, if the NTR route it's starting in season 5, it should began with Tiffany, not with Becca or Mary, since she was the one who was already being corrupted and was almost NTR'd in season 4.
It would make way more sense if the MC literally time traveled back to the start when he loses Red. I get why UberPie might not have wanted to introduce time travel to the story, but the narrative problems of putting the NTR in the middle creates just as many issues to the story as time travel would, but at the very least the time travel could be easily explained by the already existing conspiracy in town.
