They are releasing on itch.io
However, not sure when as supporters should get early access on subscribestar. (7-10 days before every one)
This problem is unheard of why even try to put your eggs in one basket to release on one site? Shits mind boggling

Hence the title:
"Taffy Tales Redux Season 1"
Before the announcement of the additional/newer versioning of "Seasons" - there was no such thing. Uberpie simply called everything through v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" by making a guess when they released v0.95.7 as "Season 5." We're told is actually about a 1/3rd of the current content - so there aren't 5 "Seasons," there are 3 - but because Uberpie leaps before he looks, the confusion is enhanced.
Knowing that, where do you (or anyone else) think Season 1 of the Redux ends? My guess would be pre-Mary Route.
I saw their new itch.io page, thye looking good but why they havnt release game yet? Game suppose to be ready 28th Jan and it 3 days passed.

Last time I stopped playing this piece of shit I did so because I couldn't stop laughing at how utterly retarded the main character was and how it kept being spun as if he was a super genius. It's kinda become my favourite trope, a writer that wears a helmet and a drool rag trying to make someone seem smart.
Either way it's been years and it looks like nothing's changed.

yep, MC and his dark passenger were to me the worst part of the game. there it tries too hard to make the mc look good, only to turn him into a massive braindead joke.
i get the idea is every woman is a slut in the closet, and you are the only guy who can force them out and make them accept their true role.
but there's way to do it, and this was certaingly not a good one.
all they managed to achieve was to make the MC feel like a massive asshole.

We will get it. Probably in three to four years unless the redux update also refers to NTR but I don't think it does

Yeah, I hated it too. I hated writing every stupid, insipid, aimlessly wandering, overly bloated line of it in the end.
I hated what the characters became.
I hated what the *story* became.
I hated every inane decision under such *unique* leadership.
Most of all, I hated knowing what Taffy Tales could have been...

He is there to bang chicks or be a cuck, not to be a Dostoevskiy hero with complex inner world and tragic fate. At least when he is your typical porn-isekai hero, it does not break my suspension of disbelief when he is able to simultaneously bang half of the town.

Oh man, i hated what characters and story became either but i never thought you felt the same way.
I would really love to see it going further and recovering from what it became but if you feel the same way i guess there is no point for going further....unless if there is a chance for deleting the parts after the 'breakpoint' from your point of view, discarding episodes and story afterwards wherever that breakpoint is, telling people 'Think it as these stuff not happened and released' (Not joking, i guess fans can take it if it will progress further in a better way) and then, you know rewriting whole thing from your own perspective, with knowing what can be bad for Taffy Tales and not making same 'example' mistakes again.
Is it possible for you to going with it with doing this or something like this? We can surely consider some stuff never happened and go with your second try.
A question, i don't know how many people worked on the project or if someone effected or pushed the plot at some direction or not. You sound like your progression path with the game somehow affected by other/others while working on it. Something like that happened or this is just me making a wrong guess?
