No. That's from last month - It's the announcement that they started development of Season 2 Redux. Go to Uberpie's Subscribestar and scroll down the posts until you see 18 Feb or 19 Feb (depending upon where in the world you live).
Using the F95Zone search function in the thread reveals others have had similar problem with apparently no resolution. Not many, but a handful seem to have problems running Redux.
If you tried using a mod to do anything to the game, or your system just vomited a crash of the game... You could try - if you know how and take precautions not to brick your computer - you could go into your windows registry and delete your computer ever knowing it was there, and then retry after a reboot. May or may not work. Or, you could go in the developer's help channel on their discord and seek guidance. No one here has shared a remedy.
I guess a better question would have been, what is the Redux version? Is it a rework of the original game which is now being called seasons 1-5? And is the game seasons 1-5 considered complete? (As in the creator finished the game he wanted to make and is now making a rework of the original finished game?)
We've answered these questions dozens of times and are easily found in this thread using the search function on f95.
As for your last two questions:
As for completed, doubtful. If they hadn't been kicked off Patreon, there would have been more content released continuing the story.
