It's referenced as Season 5 for a reason.
The other is referenced as Seasons 1-4 for a reason
Season 1 Redux is called that for a reason.

The first two are the drafts or works in development. The third one is the "finished" retail version of "Season 1."

Also when deciding which to play:

I said nothing to that effect. Also, hypocritical people who are taking things without paying for it accusing others of grifting is always ridiculous. Again, I take everything from here without ever paying - ripping developers off, but I don't point my fingers saying the developers are ripping people off.

Here's the TL;DR:

They named everything through v0.89.8 as "Seasons 1-4" in July of 2023. They stated at that time they were going to break those up into season at some point down the line. (Basically, from what I can tell - its primarily because of Uberpie's inability to figure out saves continuing over different releases AND that the size of the game - in GB - was getting too much and they didn't want to keep adding to the size)

They got kicked off Patreon in March of 2024 (for violating policies regarding content, for years even after having to revamp Family Tales/Taffy Tales in 2018 and saying they would not violate policies further). At that time, they decided it was time to break apart into Seasons to sell as retail versions on Steam. The first - "Season 1 Redux" - was revised, revisited, and revamped the User Interface and other aspects while also using AI for the art modeled upon Uberpie's previous artwork.

Steam did not accept their submission in January of 2025 due to the "gray area" of the school (college) setting with younger looking characters. And so they are now selling "Season 1 Redux" on itch.io. They also recently created a censored version that is for sale on DLsite.

Season 1 Redux is about 20% of all the previous content, almost entirely from the first part of the game. Now with (nearly?) all AI art sized at 4k resolution. About 1/3 of the CG gallery are new lewd scenes not seen before.

Work is moving full speed ahead.
The reception from Japanese players has been unexpectedly warm, and we’re incredibly grateful for that. This is only our second store launch, so huge thanks not just for your support, but also for adding us to your Favorites!

Right now, I'm working on artwork for the main route. We’ve been getting a lot of comments about the art from the NTR fragment. I’ll try to show something from the NTR choice in one of the next posts.
Just a reminder: the main focus of Season 2 will still be on the non-NTR route. NTR elements will only show up if the player chooses them.

Overall, we're working hard and super thankful for all your support. Thank you so much!

I doubt the NTR guys will get much this season and really doubt we will get a third season this year. Clearly NTR voices are loud enough for him to notice and will probably play a part in what uber adds to game.

As for the definition, here is a reminder:

Unless you are implying what Uberpie is doing is a larger-scale swindle... Then, yup, then you didn't imply a grift, but something bigger. But, okay, you do you, boo.

No, and one is not necessary. The mini-game to earn money is not hard and the MC does not need a lot of money.

Progress Update: DLsite & 1200 pages of plot
Hey again, friends! Time for another thrilling update on our work (because who doesn't love detailed reports?). First off, we’ve got some visuals from our DLsite page setup. We liked how they turned out, so naturally, we're making you stare at them too:

Now, moving on to our progress with the plot (script) :

1. We finally launched our DLsite page (currently under review)! Preemptively censored all the CG, characters, and animations ourselves - fun times. The page creation process was unexpectedly quirky and somewhat chaotic, but we've navigated through our first wave of general feedback to fix (mostly rules we technically already knew - thanks, DLsite ). Fingers crossed for more specific feedback soon. Waiting, hoping, and furiously clicking refresh.
2. The entire Gerda and Priscilla storyline is finished - completely rewritten, heavily expanded, and now officially juicier than ever.
3. Clara’s storyline got an equally generous upgrade, ballooning by an number of pages. Probably gonna hit pause on her route for now, just so we don't traumatize the poor cleaning lady more than necessary.
4. Sara’s route is also nearing completion, thoroughly revamped and expanded for your enjoyment.
5. Currently knee-deep in Jessica and Becca’s routes, evaluating what needs tweaking or expansion.

In total, we've already hit the 1200+ page mark for script content alone, meaning most of our recent progress has been all about the writing. Yes, caffeine overdoses are imminent.
In short, we've got the major chunk of Season Two's plot finalized and approved. Soon I'll switch gears to art mode, where I'll inevitably disappear for months trying to outdo myself and improve the overall quality. By the way, all of old art is absolutely beyond saving, so it'll be faster - and less soul-crushing - to redraw everything from scratch ( just like I did for Season 1 Redux). Clara and Becca from previous updates already illustrate the point, not to mention the significant storyline changes for Gerda.
Oh, and thanks again for all your awesome reactions to the physics from our last Season One update - I’m glad our dedication to realism (or something like it) paid off!
Quick note on the NTR route: It can only start alongside Mary’s non-NTR route since they're deeply intertwined, and Mary is central to our story. That means a mountain of work lies ahead. We're carefully weighing when and how to incorporate this storyline into future seasons. We kicked things off vanilla-style in Season One, and now we're dialing up the stakes (and kinks) for Season Two. I'm especially eager to finally deliver the controversial, optional NTR path everyone's been passionately debating. It all comes down to our team's capacity, friends - bear with us!

Other stores are still carefully reviewing our game, and their responses have been rather slow. Nevertheless, we’re patiently waiting for their feedback.
Once again, huge thanks to everyone for your continued support - you all rock!

uberpie is really pumping us up for ntr. If there aren't any solid ntr scenes in episode 2, I'll be really disappointed

The enema content was in the main route in v1.07.3 Season 5 and you could censor it.
The netorare route in v1.07.3 Season 5 was a completely separate playthrough only available if you chose to play it instead of the main route main menu... 100% avoidable.

uberpie is really pumping us up for ntr. If there aren't any solid ntr scenes in episode 2, I'll be really disappointed

That is old news from before your account was even activated. Before "seasons" were a thing. That was from March 2021, v0.47.5 and from my very first FAQ 3 years ago in this thread:

NTR: There currently is no NTR route in the game per the definition of F95. It is not planned for implementation until after the Main initial route is completed. There is the start of one branch where NTR will be available - behind two major warnings. If you select "NO", there is nothing NTR in the game. You have to explicitly state you want to go down that route where there is only the start of an implication.​

It was just enough to fracture the composure of some of the more ardent netorare haters and milquetoast enough to annoy netorare fans. If that intro teaser is bothersome enough for you, you might want to consider not continuing with any new content that comes out. It appears that netorare content will no longer be separated like in "Season 5" but as optional scenes in the story. But we'll have to wait and see to be sure.
