While I agree that shutting down discussions is a poor choice (why not move them all to a "[SPAM] Cucking in Taffy Tales" thread?), there isnt anything of value left to be said at this point. People who havent played yet can find out easily whats going on from the posts here, and the demo makes the tone clear quickly. Even the dev got wind of the reaction and made a statement, so most people here still talking about it just want to throw their own opinion into the basket while adding nothing to the discussion anymore. They have a metric ton of existing posts they could "like" which express exactly what they want to say.
A phrase that keeps coming up that amuses me. "Sloppy seconds," meant to imply that you aren't going to be the first guy to have sex with X girl instead of what it actually means (that you are having a go at a girl who just had sex with a guy and his cum is still in her pussy).
Sloppy seconds still mean sex immediately after someone else had sex with a girl and came inside. Thats why they are "sloppy", there is still goo inside making it slippery (male cum has a different consistency compared to vagina juice). Technically you could have sloppy seconds with yourself being the first person and the second, if you can get hard again quickly enough. Anyone using the term differently is just a moron.
I understand it that people using this term want to invoke a negative picture about women who had sex before marriage. Like the "used gum" image, that is often used in schools when discussing "abstinence only" sex protection. Doesnt make it more correct, or less shit.
