I wish you hadn't have said that, because folk here don't seem to understand test builds don't necessarily = finished update,
if we're lucky the test build will be out on the predicted date, then 2-3 days later the testers will give a thumbs up to roll it out as the next update.
But we are never lucky, odds are the test build will be a few days late, then the testers will find bugs, and the whole thing will return to the development stage for more bug fixing. Leaving us with a thousand posts claiming;
lostraven "promised us 2 days" wahhhh! wahhhh! ....... why are we cheated like this wahhhhh! wahhhhh!
Bro they been saying it will come out soon for like a month at this point, of course people feel cheated.

Giving money away to their Patreon or not I legitimately don't understand how people can defend this kind of behaviour. It's the reason why I stopped pledging.
Just because you aren't throwing money away doesn't mean you can't call out garbage practices, it's not that hard of a concept to grasp.

That would show their immaturity and again deserves to be called out. That said, I can say that the people in the discord - which has a higher percentage of subscribers than in this thread - are very patient. Sure, there have been a couple of grumbles, but 99% are patient and understanding of the whole process. Even if they're chomping at the bit. It's very cordial and communal in there. Unlike the accusations here - where people are much more likely playing it free (like me).

Hard agree. Poor communication and a "manana, manana" attitude have led me to literally stop being a patron lol. By a few posters logic, I'm no longer allowed to voice an opinion because my money stopped flowing to Uber. Before I'm asked why I was not saying this in the Discord, I did not want to be a in a Discord server for a porn game, simple as that.
