Thank you for your research. Interesting - it appears in your experience of your hand-chosen titles, even though not supplying your list of 289 games researched, that over 99% of your list don't have continuous problems with saves not being compatible over updates.
It is interesting to note that Steam actually makes a point of telling developers to be upfront about expectations during early access offerings on their site, including: "if you know your updates during Early Access will break save files, make sure you tell players up front."

And it appears to be source of conversation between players over there, as well - including the mentioning of finished games which have save compatibility issues after patches, etc (

I'm stuck in two quest apparently.
Tasks-> "+Time to find the cleaner!"
"+Relax and have a good time"
I'm at 15,9% of opened scenes...
I'm currenly stuck afters hours of clicking at every possible object and npc across all the map....
Any help please?
The only "help" I got from a video is that I need to superglue Clara's mop, but I can't do it.

Bud use the exact words in the quest
I think the Relax one might be go to your room in the day/evening click the bed and watch some TV, to start the Dominate Clara sequence.

Stil996 Yes, in v0.85.1a UberPie changed up a few of the wordings of a small number of the quests. Also, there are many more hand-holding task items for people who needed more guidance on mundane activities.

"find the cleaner" That's a task after getting the mask, I believe, after watching TV and reading comic books.
"relax" is watching TV and then reading the comic books, picking up the shirt and glasses, having the nightmare and waking up to find the mask on the globe
