Last update was May 28 (not new content) - which was 400+ fixes and a corrected route order for one NPC that should have been in the update released April 21.
Average time between updates has been 3-4 months (not counting the first couple when there was little content and not counting the mega updates).
Do with that information what you will.

Different people are going to like different things. Different people have different opinions on a "wierd fetish". Some people think incest, some people feet and some people think furry is weird. We are on a porn site.....All smut is acceptable smut (except loli, scat or guro). A ntr scene in a route that someone choose not to have it is a problem but it'll probably be finished eventually. I really don't understand how ntr became the most volatile topic (generally in the community). Good art style and it's a nice game. Haven't played the ntr route but eh I'm happy to know there's a little variety in routes and it doesn't really bother me either way. Any problem with ntr in non ntr routes will probably be fixed.

Into has dialogue boxes that consist on 1 word per click you have to press over and over. Why?
Items and doors have "inspect item/leave" option instead of skipping straight into what happens when you click on item. Why?
When you click on drawer you fade to black transition that takes time before you see the drawer related dialogue, when you exhaust drawer dialogue and you leave drawer dialogue you get delayed transition into overview screen. How come the transition isn't instant?
