Nothing. It's Season 1 Redux broken down into a base game without content that violates itch policies and an official patch that adds that content back in. Exactly what has been stated on this and previous couple of pages.What's new in this release?
No. It's not new. It's just packaged differently in an attempt to subvert itch policies.

As has been announced previously over the past few months - There are a couple of optional netorare scenes in Season 1 Redux when it was released 6 months ago and some optional netorare content will be included in Season 2 Redux when it is released many months from now, but main route is the priority.
Don't expect any real netorare route content, in my opinion, until they get to the Season Redux that includes the current "Season 5" draft content (v1.07.3).
Because it isn't an update. It's just repackaging.

Download the patch, put the zip on you desktop no unziping open the game click the mod button, click instal find the zippatch file and you are golden
