I dont think i will play Ntr scene,, I like Mary, and dont want share her,,hope we still can get a lot of harem scene. 
Clearly we have different "post per page" settings, I keep seeing people post stuff about posts being on a particular page and get a little miffed that so many people don't understand that those are meaningless unless we use the same settings (you can chose to have 20/40/60/100 posts per page).

Not that I am aware - no. You can only set names at the beginning of the game and the first time you load the preexisting save to start at new content.
If you used somebody's unofficial save editor to alter the information in your Windows Registry and are having problems with it - you should go ask them to fix it.
Otherwise, if you haven't loaded from the save game already included (first save slot) that starts at new content - you could try loading that using customized names, and then playing through the new content of the current release and see if that works. Or you could start at the beginning with a new game and set the names then and play through to the end.
Or you could just say, "Well, that's what I get for trying to shortcut the process by using some unaccountable stranger's third-party cheat." In a short time (week, month, couple of months, few months?) there's going to be a new release anyway and saves aren't transferrable between versions.
