"Soon as possible" could mean, tomorrow, or next year, or next decade, or ...
it only means he doesn't plan on holding it back once it is ready.

you might have gone past your trigger, you should have sold it around 93.7% according the you tube walkthrough. I know I've always sold it immediately.
do you have any save from 93%ish mark? could be worth trying
