Patreon doesn't ask for shit. That doesn't even make sense in an insane, tinfoil world.
Netorare has been intended since DAY ONE of development.

It was a major focus, it's kinda one of the kinks it appears he personally enjoys. But Uberpie pulled it and stalled development of it at least partially because of a very small group of vocal players that whined and cried and bitched and moaned and cajoled and threw tantrums saying that if he continued, everyone would pull their support of his game. So he obliged them.
Funny thing is, the one update that included the netorare route was the biggest jump in paid subscribers over all of the updates of the game - in hard numbers increase, in percentage increase, in $$$ increase.

What I gathered from the discord is that it’ll be used in the credits. Since the post itself describes it as “cringe”, I can imagine it has lyrics describing the events of the game. Strange direction to go in a game centered around CGs and text, but it’s not my money

NTR is not forbidden in Patreon. Non-con must be a grey area because I know of some patreon games with rape.
Incest of any kind is forbidden.
Seems like somebody must have reported his game, because there are a lot of games that have same or worse than this did. Patreon rules also prevented the beast stuff from being created.

There is no such thing - data is saved to your windows registry. Use the save code and then play the content that is considered new after that save. Full save complete.

Either the games you know of have not been reported or the games haven't piqued Patreon's interest to check the content, yet. There may also be cases where developers have had conversations with Patreon about content and how they can get as close as possible without crossing that line.
I would lean toward someone reported Uberpie (because Patreon isn't great on spot-checking). Most likely it was a disgruntled patron who was tired of waiting for Uberpie to release an update or not releasing content that they wanted or was tired of Uberpie focusing on certain characters or because it was a Wednesday (in other words, for no logical reason).
