BINGO!! Steam and Patreon have started a heavy crackdown on games that have such themes, for reasons privy only to themselves, highly likely: to comply with some international laws that can put the companies in hot waters, and in the deep scrutiny of finances departments where they have their offices / bases of operations...But it does contain sexual violence of nonconsensual sex, which is against Patron rules.
Exactly, they failed to do those little changes, that might seem quite inane, but for some people, they mean a lot, thus, clearly creating a difference between a high school and a college setting.I realize that Uber pie changed it to a "college" in 2018 to appease Patreon... But the dialogue and narrative says "school" and "teacher" and "principal" far too often but not "dean" and "instructor" /"professor" and "university"/ "college" enough.
So they cannot argue that they don't have enough resources to keep going, furthermore, how many are the devs on the team???They are currently grossing just as much $$$ on Subscribestar, if not more, than they did on Patreon before they got booted.
Are they splitting evenly, or they are splitting based on a percentage??
Big question is, how they will solve the issues?? itch.io maybe????I agree with your entire comment.
