Seriously he wonder why steam took their page down, violence wasnt the factor, its due to excessive use of AI, steam has a limit to what its tolerated, majority of the npc's non interactive are just generated images based on internet images, plus steam took a look into the discussion part where uberpie was deleting and banning people when mention Ai use and possible cash grab, also this project was rushed felt like not much changed, in my pov i dont see where 25$ is.
Where is all this "lots of content" you're talking about? this game aint been updated in a year.
man this new season 1 redux is a mess. og version atleast had a somewhat understandable storyline.

It was because the main setting is the school, porn games with schools are a big no no on steam.

I'm sure the person on Steam banned this shit not because of the content, but because he saw the AMOUNT of content in previous build and compared it to this crap.
This dev is a joke, same goes for the whole team, previously renaming himself and abandoning all of the previous projects, and now selling same shit on yearly basis, just to remaster it.
Another crap, same as summertime saga, to squeeze money out of stupid teenagers, I'm done even dowloading this crap for free till I see a 'completed' tag, this joke taken too long.

Steam doesn't give a shit about AI images.created and then out in the games by the developers (as long as they are legal). They don't allow AI image creation by the players dynamically within the games.
Huge difference.
Also, no one with any air of legitimacy said Steam rejected due to violence. Steam rejected due to "gray area" school setting with ambiguously designed characters that could give a greater impression of a high school setting with minors instead of a college/university setting with young adults.
We're told Patreon booted Uberpie and included the reason of (sexual) violence for its actions.
Some don't. Some do. There is no prevalent opinion. You can speak for yourself and whatever case of close associates you have (if they agree with you)... But you are using your personal bias to give false support for your points.

No. Steam accepts games with no "new" content all the time. This is your personal bias used in hyperbole, and is not grounded in the reason why Steam rejected it.

Again, I'm not on any side of the AI argument... But you do realize they are teaching how to use AI as a tool responsibly and creatively in artistic work at CalArts, RISD, MCAD, and other top art schools around the world.
Well, it's good Steam rejected it then, huh?
And where have you been? Uberpie has been using AI trained on his art for the past 18+ months. His lack of attention to detail and abysmal quality assurance has always been two of some of his worst weaknesses.

Really??? Wow, I didn't know that (sarcasm). I don't care about the reason Steam banned them. All i know that they did it absolutely right and I'm fully support the decision whatever the reason behind it. Such developers shouldn't own the right to sell such garbage. Or at least until they will be forced to provide full roadmap and strictly follow the schedule.
Most of the dislike with AI games now is simply their lack of good animation. Compared to well animated models it's just lackluster. This will start changing quickly with the release of Hunyuan Video though. I'd guess we'll start seeing a glut of AI games with clever use of short AI porn clips soon.
