Great question. It all depends upon what you want to do.

Do you want to play a version with a lot of content? Go play v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" and then v1.07.3 "Season 5"
If you strictly want a netorare playthrough, play the short completely optional and separate netorare route in v1.07.3 "Season 5"
Do you want to see 4k images and video with some additional content added of the first 20-30% of the game? Play Season 1 Redux.

Holy crap. The guy spent all this time remaking the exact same content with worse art. He didn't even bother to quality check to make sure when Becca shaves her pubes into a heart the pubes are there, or that colors in the CG match the description.

I have yet to play the s1 redux but a bit of reading around here answers both of your questions.
There is no cheat code for s1 redux and there was never a choise between the normal route and ntr at the early parts of the game, it only came up for s5.

There are no Saves wether before redux or after. The "Saves" are written in the Windows Registry.

there is a scene where the MC switches a student's birth control pills for candy/breath mints and then fucks her. But that's it.

I would not hold your breath for anything you are looking for regarding pregnancy.
