That is old news from before your account was even activated. Before "seasons" were a thing. That was from March 2021, v0.47.5 and from my very first FAQ 3 years ago in this thread:

NTR: There currently is no NTR route in the game per the definition of F95. It is not planned for implementation until after the Main initial route is completed. There is the start of one branch where NTR will be available - behind two major warnings. If you select "NO", there is nothing NTR in the game. You have to explicitly state you want to go down that route where there is only the start of an implication.​

It was just enough to fracture the composure of some of the more ardent netorare haters and milquetoast enough to annoy netorare fans. If that intro teaser is bothersome enough for you, you might want to consider not continuing with any new content that comes out. It appears that netorare content will no longer be separated like in "Season 5" but as optional scenes in the story. But we'll have to wait and see to be sure.

Hey everyone!
Time for a quick project update. Let’s go point by point:
1. (Important standard heads-up!)
Yes - the NTR content is skippable, optional, and comes with choices.
Here's a small, fairly vanilla teaser from the start of the NTR route in Season 2. Don’t worry - nothing too hardcore (and if it were, I wouldn’t post it publicly to avoid starting yet another holy war between NTR fans and NTR haters).
P.S. Who am I kidding? There’s gonna be drama anyway. We’re used to being the bad guys by now.
2. DLsite update:
At first, the game did really well - we even hit the charts! But then our page was restricted to Japan only. It’s within platform rules, so we didn’t argue. Looks like we were accidentally visible to all regions at first, and the mods later corrected it.
Sales dropped after that, of course - but again, that’s how the platform works, and we respect that. Still, we’re grateful to DLsite for the opportunity.
If you're curious, you can still view the page using a Japan VPN.
Feedback from players has mostly been great - though many mentioned the censorship being a bit too heavy. We agree. This was our first experience with these rules, and after our first builds got rejected, we went a little overboard just to be safe. We’ll try to handle it better next time.
3. The real question:
Shaved or unshaved armpits for Mary?

Also, let us know - do you prefer detailed devlogs like this, or should we keep it shorter and punchier?

I think there should be a choice of having hairy armpits or shaved ones, the same should be given to her whether she has a big bush on her pussy. Or shaved completely. It should be like that with all characters.

It would double the amount of art needed for all scenes where such hair could be visible. Thus adding even more time to the development cycle that far too many already bitch about. Then we would get "I don't like bare. I don't like bush. I just like a nice landing strip. Why can't we get that as an option to choose, as well?"

From development standpoint you are right of course, I was mostly looking at the matter from a player standpoint.
I am not an expert in the art department, my impression was that it would be possible to edit the hair in once the original art is made, which could increase the drawing time for sure, but I wouldn't consider it doubling the art needed.

By doubling the art I meant twice the amount of images needed for those scenes in the file, as well as having to take the additional time (I did not say doubling the time - but I did say increase the time).

I mean, a lot of their work is done with layers - so their choice would be either:

1. One main image with bare pubic and under arm areas and add a layer dynamically which adds hair to either or both. This adds 1 or 2 --- or more, if people want some bare and some with hair --- smaller images that get layered, as well as the code necessary to place the layer(s) in the correct locations.
2. Duplicate/Triplicate/etc full-sized images - one with each variation, with code stating if A, then B (else C, else D, etc).

Either option adds footprint to game size as well as art and coding time.

I understand a player may desire choice but, like my grandmother used to say, "there are people in hell who want ice water." They already made their choice to play the game, sometimes you don't/can't get further choices and you have to roll with what you get and, hopefully, understand what choices may effect their experience - either in the game or in waiting for development of the game.

forget ice water i just want the damn developer to stop moving on to new chapters and finish what they started! its been how long since chapter 1,2, etc..., has had dozen of scenes & choice "under construction." they need put a hold on new crap and finish what should have been finished ages ago.
