The rope is under the bench outside the storage room in school. So go to the School sports grounds, then under the bench where there's a newspaper there's the rope. Then go to Priscilla's house and click between the two houses on the left.

Just retype each name again along with "umlure" in the cheat code textbox and click OK... No rocket science here..
