There is an AI CG tag for the game. What do you think?Does this game use AI?

No. The dev already specified there will be no ntr sex scenes in the upcoming update. Is there going to be ntr in this season 2 the ntr qas going great i chapters 1-5 then that new season 1 and not a sniff of it
Uberpie said there would be none with Mary. There may be a random optional sex scene featuring someone else that is labeled ntr by Uberpie in Season 2 Redux, like there was in Season 1 Redux. What NTR scene was in S1 Redux? You mean the shopkeeper with Darnell or something else?Uberpie said there would be none with Mary. The scene is labeled optional "ntr" when players get to it. It involves Alan in the smoking area at the school. Thumbnail sheets:What NTR scene was in S1 Redux? You mean the shopkeeper with Darnell or something else?
The tag on the game is netorare - which means the protagonist is the one who is being hurt. There are very few scenes of netorare in this, except for a short optional "ntr route" in v1.07.3 "Season 5"Quick question—what kind of NTR is in this game? Is it MC doing the NTR, or is it against the MC?
That's the way he's presented it. Though he is adding new content into the reduxes as he goes along. About 1/4 or so of Season 1 Redux is new content. Is the plan to solely focus on the redux until all seasons are released, and will that mean we won't get any continuation to the story until a couple of years down the line?
Yeah, that's the only reason to play the redux, at least for the time being. I'm just excited to see where the story takes us from season 5, I suppose. A bit disappointing to return to TT after a couple of years for a minimal amount of content (compared to what was released when I initially played) and the knowledge that it'll be another couple years...That's the way he's presented it. Though he is adding new content into the reduxes as he goes along. About 1/4 or so of Season 1 Redux is new content.
I really doubt he has a long term plan beyond wanting to get pay for the game as long as he can, their writer resigned too so who knows what's even gonna happen with the story. So does anyone know anything about what Uberpie's "long term goals" are?
I recently returned to the game after not having touched it for three years, maybe even a little more, and decided to start a new game. I didn't bother checking this site to begin with since I already had the 0.89.8c version downloaded. When I had finished that I hopped on here, hoping to find new content, and downloaded 1.07.3c. I played through that and enjoyed everything (except Jennifer's backyard scene... but to each their own), but felt it was rather short. I did, to be honest, expect more since it had been a few years. I hopped back on here, and read through the thread a bit, and I am aware about everything that's happened with Patreon and Steam etc. While I am bummed out over the decision the re-release all the existing seasons as redux, I can understand it. My question is, does anyone know what Uberpie's plan are for continuing the story where season 5 left off? Is the plan to solely focus on the redux until all seasons are released, and will that mean we won't get any continuation to the story until a couple of years down the line?
See the bolded/italicized text in this post:Quick questions; what does the patches do? Do they add new content or something? And if that's the case, what kind of content do they add?
Great question. It all depends upon what you want to do.
Do you want to play a version with a lot of content? Go play v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" and then v1.07.3 "Season 5" <-- these are both the "in development" versions, not "finished" retail.
If you strictly want a netorare playthrough, play the short completely optional and separate netorare route in v1.07.3 "Season 5" <-- this is the "in development" version, not "finished" retail.
Do you want to see 4k images and video with some additional content added of the first 20% or so of the game, all of it in AI generated art? Play Season 1 Redux. <-- this is the "finished" retail version, nothing more will be added to it. Further Season Redux versions will be separate downloads in the future.
Because of itch's rules, Redux has content Uberpie thinks could get it banned on itch.io. It is unpatched. If you want that content, Uberpie offers a free official patch to restore it. Download the official patch and install it within the Redux. See instructions in the installation spoiler.
thanks againIt will always be minimal, in comparison. None has been added since that one optional scene at the VIP club in v0.89.8 (Oct 2022) that was labeled as "ntr" by the developer.
As shown in the most recent developer post to their Subscribestar account, there appears to be a single optional scene that is a "mirage" of a "possible future". That scene does not look like more than simply the image shared in that post, however.
If it ever ends up to have significant netorase content, it is still many many years away. They haven't even fleshed out the netorare content much, yet. There were supposed to be three routes in this from the start ... the "main default" (netori), "Friendship" (netorase), and "NTR" (netorare).
However, the "main default" route has received the vast majority of the focus, the netorare route has had minimal focus, and the netorase has gotten lip-service.
I wouldn't hold out hope for anything in the coming couple of years... or more.
I prefer the netori where he steals from others and possesses it for himself.See the bolded/italicized text in this post:
Read 2 posts above your comment. So, what's the difference between the season 1-5 normal and the season 1 redux?
Is it just a remasterization of the original seasons, or is there going to be more content added?
That's what they are doing --- finishing what they have been doing. What came before was rough draft work. What the "redux" is, is the finished game. They are finishing it "season" by "season." See:i used to like this game but recently is full of ai art and now even before being completed, a redux, why some developers do such a shit. FINISH THE F**** GAME FIRST AND THEN DO A REMIX, REDUX, REMASTER OR WATHEVER YOU WANNA CALL IT
Also, they stated something like this was bound to happen back in 2023. It's just that things got expedited due to circumstances:It's like when you wrote an essay for school: You developed an outline, you wrote a first draft, you trashed it, you started again, you revised it, you did some more editing, and then, in the end you had a final draft that you turned in for grading. Same goes for game development.
That is what the Season # Reduxes are - the "final" version of the portion of the game that they represent - with old content, updated and revised, plus some content not seen before for that portion.
Here's the TL;DR:
They named everything through v0.89.8 as "Seasons 1-4" in July of 2023. They stated at that time they were going to break those up into season at some point down the line. (Basically, from what I can tell - its primarily because of Uberpie's inability to figure out saves continuing over different releases AND that the size of the game - in GB - was getting too much and they didn't want to keep adding to the size)
They got kicked off Patreon in March of 2024 (for violating policies regarding content, for years even after having to revamp Family Tales/Taffy Tales in 2018 and saying they would not violate policies further). At that time, they decided it was time to break apart into Seasons to sell as retail versions on Steam. The first - "Season 1 Redux" - was revised, revisited, and revamped the User Interface and other aspects while also using AI for the art modeled upon Uberpie's previous artwork.
Steam did not accept their submission in January of 2025 due to the "gray area" of the school (college) setting with younger looking characters. And so they are now selling "Season 1 Redux" on itch.io. They also recently created a censored version that is for sale on DLsite. And, finally, because itch.io is being more restrictive on content on their site, Uberpie altered the "Season 1 Redux" to put black screens for scenes where Uberpie thinks the content could get it banned on itch.io. Uberpie offers a free official patch to restore the content. It doesn't have any new content than when it was released at the beginning of 2025 - it just replaces the black screens with content that was removed in August 2025-ish.
Thanks for the clarification, but man, it's been years following the story , waiting for updates, and now it's going to be even more years to see the end. That's what they are doing --- finishing what they have been doing. What came before was rough draft work. What the "redux" is, is the finished game. They are finishing it "season" by "season." See:
