It's not a false alarm. Scat is in the main route of v0.95.7 (Season 5) - one scene (can get censored/pixelated version). You are talking about is in the netorare (ntr) route of v0.95.7 (Season 5). Two different routes - two different experiences.
it's also not a scat scene, it's an S & M scene, her Dom ordered her to endure a very painful enema, and then when she finally allowed her relief she did so in the most humiliating, dehumanising way possible... by sending her to relieve herself in the garden like a dog where anyone could potentially see her.
