General review TL;DR? As with the last update, Ai art is on full blast here. However it isn't all bad, it just feels a bit off compared to what the series grew to overtime. This is vanilla/chad mc route only, no NTR. The primary focuses are Sara, Jennifer, miscellaneous random female NPCs via the secret society storyline, Natalie, Danny (sph, cage training, start transition), and certain girls either get a single scene focus (jessica's scene imo is prob one of the hotter ones). Overall doesn't feel super great, as some scenes are made lame due to focus on a particular context (one of the girls basically gets fucked with her head in a toilet of her own vomit), but it isn't as bad as the fecal/piss stuff as last update. I'll talk about the new systems shortly, but overall probably like barely a 6 out of 10 at best, and that's generous.
Some notes: Alot of the QoL stuff like making the town seem more alive honestly isn't bad, but I personally don't like their being a check for every single person. Because some people it's literally just trash/gossip that does nothing. i don't mind UBER took chances to add humor, because honestly some of his stuff is funny. I'm unsure if I've found all of them, but for town "sex scenes" I only really found like maybe 4? With two heavy teasing repeatable scenes. My biggest issue is, he could have left that all out, and my rating would remain the same because of how low impact it is. I think it could potetnially be a really cool way of bringing special scenes or otherwise to random encounters, but currently it just feels like a bad waste of resources. If he continues this feature, my only desire is to have the NPC's have a different colored mark on the map for different event types. He does this kind of, green means a convo you have heard heard, and orange exclaimation is an objective. However, I would want an additional color to represent an actual scene taking place, or possibly the activation of one.
Similarily, so many items can be clicked on now, and they all almost do nothing. Sort of wish he could disable these, especially if it's just a tie in for older story points.
Not sure if this is quite worth it now, it really depends on alot of factors, but here's hoping the ntr update is faster.

If by that you mean does 5 include the rest? No, it doesn't. However, you don't have to have a save at the end of 4 to play 5 if that's what you mean.

Game is so good, unfortunate that the wait is no longer worth it do to the lazy AI art and split path progressions essentially doubling time for those that want to see a specific form of content. The wait for an update doesn't equal the time it takes to produce. One would think when you don't even take time to make your own art you'd cut back on time it takes to dish out content..
