The game has the futa/trans tag on this site, hence the reason they asked. No need to jump on them for asking a question for clarification. It's not their fault the current tag system combined transgender and futanari into one tag.

Yeah, especially when 99% of us on this site are stealing... Er, acquiring... it to play for free (including me). It's disgusting what they are doing and we should demand respect for our lack of support.

The people who are subscribing on subscribestar did so knowing that this is exactly what the developers are working on. Once the developer was kicked off of Patreon, they decided to start work on a Steam release of "Season 1" content (whatever they decided that was... But since they had already said v0.89.8 was "Seasons 1-4", it's obvious it would be a portion of the beginning of the content). After that, they started their subscribestar account and said exactly what their plan was before anyone started subscribing.

No supporter on subscribestar went into this being misled.

Misled no but did the devs ever think this isn’t cool to do to our loyal supporters, did they ever get a chance to vote or have actual input on this huge decision, the devs have remade the game twice already but three times now is just taking the piss but they have been allowed to get away with it, so imo they are 100% taking advantage of their supporters who wanna see the game continue rather than unsubscribe and watch it be abandoned.

people knew BEFORE they subscribed what the plan was. They could have "voted" by NOT subscribing. They can make their voices heard by not opening their wallet. They could also share their concern in subscribestar comments, comments in the subscriber-only discord channel and more.

This whole "think of the subscribers" false virtue is a funny card people play here on this site, as if subscribers are mindless children who have no control over their finances and no wherewithal to advocate for themselves.

3. Dev said shortly after being kicked that they would start working on a Steam release of Season 1.
4. Dev created Subscribestar March 2024 and told potential subscribers the plan before anyone subscribed.

That's the facts. You may not like it, but nothing was hidden, nothing was falsified.

I don't like that the game is paywalled, at all, honestly. Also I have been critical of Uberpie... But I always laugh when people accuse me of taking payola simply when I state the facts.
